As we make our way toward Montjuïc, we’ll have the chance to admire a truly amazing sight from the vehicle: The Face of Barcelona. Rising dramatically in the distance at the port, this enormous sculpture captures immediate attention. Formed from a cascade of letters and symbols that seem to float in the air, each letter is uniquely placed, merging to create the silhouette of a colossal human face, giving the impression that the city itself is gazing toward the future.

Once we pass The Face of Barcelona, we’ll approach another of the city’s iconic landmarks: The Columbus Monument. From the vehicle, we’ll see its towering 60-meter column rising majestically above the port area. Once we pass the Miró Foundation, we’ll continue our journey up Montjuïc and soon come across the Olympic Stadium. From the vehicle, we’ll be able to appreciate the grandeur of this historic stadium, which hosted the 1992 Summer Olympics. The iconic structure, with its impressive façade and surrounding area, stands as a testament to Barcelona’s Olympic legacy. On certain days, the stadium is open to the public, and if we’re lucky, we may even get a glimpse of the interior.
