Your driver will wait 1 hour and 30 minutes after your actual arrival time for free. If you select a pick-up time and book, the free waiting time is 30 minutes. If the time limit is exceeded, an additional charge of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply (services less than an hour will be considered as one hour). Extra charges can be paid in cash directly to the driver.

We will pick up each passenger at the Haneda Airport Domestic / International Arrival Gate. Please follow the instructions provided by our driver.
