Downtown Miami Historic District. We will experience Miami's history as we stroll through this US designated historic district where the city's commercial and residential areas first started taking shape during the Florida Land Boom of the 1920's. We will take in a variety of buildings and architectural styles including Masonry Vernacular, Mediterranean Revival, Art Moderne, and Neoclassical Revival. Of the 60 historic buildings in this district listed on the National Register of Historic Places, you will get exclusive access to many including the Ingraham Building, Alfred I Dupont Building, Seybold Building, Gesu Church and more. **Please note stops on the tour may vary.**
