We have two departure locations, if you are located in Nuevo Vallarta you can choose to leave from Pier E which is located in the parking lot of La Joya hospital in front of the Hard Rock Hotel.
If you are staying in Puerto Vallarta, the best option is to go to our main office, located at Blvd. Francisco Medina Ascencio 2735 in the Chedraui Playa de Oro parking lot, from this point our guides will take you to the maritime terminal to board the boat. A port fee of $2 USD in cash is required.
If you arrive by cruise, the check-in is located on the second floor of the Cruise Terminal.
